Meet Lauren Artino
You get listened to first.
Before Lauren ever sold a home, she spent 15 years in behavioral health and insurance services, helping people through some of the most stressful moments of their lives. That's where the calm comes from.
It means that when you work with her, you get listened to first, not pitched to. You get things explained, plainly, until they make sense. And when a deal gets complicated, you get someone steady sitting across from you.
Lauren is originally from Georgia and has called Arizona home for 18 years. She works with buyers and sellers across Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, and Apache Junction, and all of the East Valley.
Outside of real estate, she's a wife, a mom of three, and happiest outdoors, travelling, or at the gym.
01 — Listen first
Listen first
Lauren's background in behavioral health means the first conversation is about you, not a pitch. You won't be rushed, and you won't be sold to.
02 — Explain everything
Explain everything
Contracts, inspections, timelines, what a number actually means. You'll never feel awkward asking a basic question — there are no dumb questions here.
03 — Advocate strongly
Advocate strongly
Clear documentation and strong advocacy through inspections and escrow, with steady communication along the way, so nothing lands on you as a surprise.
04 — East Valley roots
East Valley roots
18 years living here means an honest read on how a street, a commute, or a neighborhood actually feels day to day.
Beyond the transaction
This isn't where it ends.
Lauren stays connected after closing. Life changes, and so does what a home needs to do for you.
So when you're ready to think about the next phase — a first place, a bigger one, a simpler one, somewhere closer to the people you love — she's an easy, low-pressure conversation away.
